Marc is the founder of Eforexec. He has over 30 years experience in sales and business development across several industries including logistics,
import/export, food production and staffing. He was an associate part time professor at the University of Metz from 1987 to 1997.

He joined Adecco in 1991 as a regional director before coming to South Africa to build the brand and take over the running of the company. Marc is fluent in English, French and German and has traveled and worked in many countries. He specialises in marketing & sales, corporate compliance in an international environment, and intercultural communication.

Background
Equipped with a post graduate qualification in Business Management, Management Practice, from UCT, Tracy built her own talent management agency. And, with a hands-on approach, ran it successfully for several years. Thereafter she was Regional Manager for Kwa Zulu Natal with Adecco before becoming Human Resources Director, a position she still holds in this EforExec partner Company.

Romy is EforExec’s Talent Manager in Cape Town. She specialises in senior, technical and executive recruitment and is involved in strategic projects and Career Transition Training.

Romy’s passion is recruitment and she worked in the field for most of her life, as a consultant but also as an HR Specialist in the corporate environment. During her career, she has recruited all level personnel but tends to focus on executive management.

While in corporate, Romy coordinated Employment Equity compliance across a number of companies and is well versed in the labour legislation and compliances of South Africa.
Romy is a qualified teacher, with a postgraduate diploma from the London School of Economics. She also holds a Masters Degree in Social Science and has a strong interest in trends and developments in the working world, particularly the role of women in the workplace.

Kate is a Recruitment Consultant for the Durban branches of EforExec and Adecco. Kate is a qualified Professional Coach and has been a member of COMENSA since 2008. She specialises in executive placements, career coaching, life-coaching and career transition.

Kate has a keen interest in travel and understands how to work in international environments. She holds a BA in Human Resources Management from the University of Stellenbosch and majored in Industrial Psychology and Sociology.

Julie qualified in France as an industrial engineer and holds a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from ISLI (Institut Superieur de Logistique Industrielle).

Before joining EforExec’s partner Adecco in October 2008, she took part in several engineering projects in the automotive industry. From a position of regional sales consultant, she has made her way to Business Development on a national level.
Julie’s industrial background and sales experience makes her the EforExec logistics and industrial sales expert.

When she is not meeting with clients on South African ground, Julie can be found under water playing underwater hockey. She has been part of the French National team for the last 4 years.

Louis is the General Manager of Eforexec in the Johannesburg region. He was part of the team who created the concept of EforExec.

Louis joined the Adecco group in 2007 and is still a Business Line Manager for Adecco Commercial.
Louis specialises in Project Management and is in charge of most of our international clients. He has been involved in staffing and outsourcing for more than 8 years and holds a B.Com degree in Economics and Business Management from North-West University.
